Construction appears excellent, with an even bunch and a flawless cap. Pre-light aromas offer cedar, sweet cream, fresh hay, and light toasted nuts. The cold draw is effortless, promising a smooth and relaxing smoking experience.
Smoking Experience
First Third – The cigar opens with gentle cedar, cream, and a touch of toasted almond. The smoke is smooth and cool, but the flavour intensity is lighter than expected, lacking the richness normally associated with premium Dominican cigars.
Second Third – Very little changes as the smoke progresses. The creamy cedar profile remains pleasant, but the cigar becomes quite bland, with minimal development and very little complexity. Each draw feels much like the last, making the experience predictable rather than engaging.
Final Third – The body increases only slightly, but the flavour profile never truly evolves. Cedar and cream remain dominant until the finish, though the cigar lacks the depth and transitions needed to keep the smoker interested.
